Faith Unto Salvation and Victorious Living: How to be Saved through Faith and Live a Prosperous and Victorious Life
This book has 16 Chapters comprising 176 pages; ISBN-10:1420808612 and ISBN-13:1420808613, at a cost of $12.95 and $24.95 respectfully; an investment that's unregretfully and immeasurably profitable.
The primary purpose of this book presents to the common mind in simple terms the importance of being saved from sin through Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, and how to saved and live a life of abundance and victory through Him.
The book's objectives are to provide knowledge, understanding, and wisdom of God's thoughts and ways as opposed to our own personal thoughts and ways, and to draw us unto a more keen awareness of looking out not only for our own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.
This book firmly and very sensitively display the power of God's love and forgiveness unto us and the love and forgiveness we are to demonstrate towards one another. Everyone and anyone can be reached, regardless of who, where, and how you are now or were; the messages and guidance in this book can find you and set you free.
This book is available at local Barnes and Nobles Stores and can also be ordered through your local book stores.
Help us to evangelize the world or what parts of the world that we may reach. Thank you for your prayers and financial support.
Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches. (Galatians 6:6)
Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in word and doctrine. (1st Timothy 5:17)
For the Scripture says, "You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain," and, "The laborer is worthy of his wages." (1st Timothy 5:18)
If you believe this ministry to provide spiritual prosperity for your soul for you to prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers, I pray that our God and Father Himself, and our Lord Jesus Christ , direct our way to you and you to us.
Your giving of tithes, offerings and/or donations will allow us to have and maintain finaicial resources necessary for evangelizing the world and making full proof of our ministry of reconciliation.
And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you, (1st Thessalonians 3:12)
so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints. (1st Thessalonians 3:13)
THANKS FOR YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT !!!
My Personal Proclamation
But what I do, I will also continue to do, that I may cut off opportunity from those who desire an opportunity to be regarded just as we are in the things of which they boast. (2nd Corinthians 11:12)
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. (2nd Corinthians 11:13)
Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. (Romans 8:33)
Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who makes intercession for us. (Romans 8:34)
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? (Romans 8:35)
As it is written: "For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter." (Romans 8:36)
Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. (Romans 8:37)
For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principilities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, (Romans 8:38)
nor heigth nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:39)
Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. (2nd Timothy 3:12)
But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as a busybody in other people's matters. (1st Peter 4:15)
Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this matter. (1st Peter 4:16)
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, (1st Peter 5:6)
casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. (1st Peter 5:7)
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. (1st Peter 5:8)
Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. (1st Peter 5:9)
But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. (1st Peter 5:10)
To Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. (1st Peter 5:11)
Faith and the Word of God
Now faith is, the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)
Faith treats things hoped for as reality, proving what is unseen is real (substance), essence or reality, such as salvation in this life and believers' rewards at the return of Christ.
Hebrews 11:1 is not defining faith, but rather, giving a description of what faith does, that is, the end result or by-product of faith.
Faith is actually defined as "the theological virtue defined as secure belief in God and a trusting acceptance of God's will."
For a Christian, the above definition of faith is not just words on a page, but rather, it is a way of life, for the Scripture says, "The just shall live by faith." Therefore, faith is (1) acceptance of what we cannot see but feel deep within our hearts about, and (2) a belief that one-day we will all appear before the judgment seat of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit. (Proverbs 18:21)
So Jesus answered and said to them (disciples), "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done. (Matthew 21:21)
And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive. (Matthew 21:22)
So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. (Luke 11:9)
For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. (Luke 11:10)
Prosperity and Health
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. (3rd John 2)
For I rejoiced greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in the truth. (3rd John 3)
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. (3rd John 4)
Excuses are Unacceptable
The world's hatred against Jesus was and still is a sin against God, for He, Jesus, the Son of God, revealed the Father Himself to them. Since Christ and the Father are One, those who hate Jesus hate also the Father. If the world hates Jesus, it should be of no surprise that the world hates His followers.
If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin. (John 15:22)
He who hates Me hates My Father also. (John 15:23)
If I had done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father. (John 15:24)
But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, "They hated Me without a cause." (John 15:25)
The truth about God is clearly revealed and understood through creation. Not only are divine attributes clearly seen in humanity, but they can be seen in the material universe. Nature reveals God as great and good, as manifested in its gentle rains and rich soils providing humanity with all varieties of delicious food; truly God is good. Nature itself speaks very eloquently of its Creator, from the intricate design of the human cell to the majestic strength of the Rocky Mountains, in which all of God's works testify of His wisdom and power.
God's invisible attributes, such as His eternal power and Godhead, that is, His divine nature, which includes God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, can be clearly seen by meditating on or giving continuous attention to His awesome works in all of creation. What an awesome and amazing God!
For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, (Romans 1:20)
because, although they knew Him as God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. (Romans 1:21)
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; (Romans 1:28)
who, knowing the righteousness of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approved of those who practice them. (Romans 1:32)
Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. (Romans 2:1)
For there is no partiality with God. (Romans 2:11)
For as many as have sinned without the law will perish without the law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law (Romans 2:12)
{for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified; (Romans 2:13)
The law (the word of God) is not inscribed in our hearts, but the work of the law is written on our hearts. Even those who do not have the law (the unsaved) still do such things as honor their parents, which indicates that they believe in a basic moral law; indicating further that they know within their hearts that there is a difference between right and wrong. This "law of conscience" serves as a judge to the unsaved in place of the law. God will judge not only people's actions, but their motives or secrets, as well. There is no excuse for the unsaved!
I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit.' for without Me you can do nothing. (John 15:5)
If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are harmed. (John 15:6)
If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you dseire, and it shall be done for you. (John 15:7)
By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit, so you will be My disciples. (John 15:8)
You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. (John 15:16)
These things I command you, that you love one another. (John 15:17)
Whether You Choose to Retain God in Your Knowledge or Not, You Will Appear Before the Judgment Seat Of Christ
Preparation for Your Death Appointment
The days of our lives are seventy years; And if by reason of strength they are eighty years, Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; For it is soon cut off, and we fly away. (Psalms 90:10)
Who knows the power of Your anger? For as the fear of You, so is Your wrath. (Psalms 90:11)
So teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom. (Psalms 90:12)
No matter how long someone lives, it is inevitable that he or she will fly away to death. The question is, after death, will your flight be to heaven or to hell?
Therefore, the time we have here is more than just having a sense of mortality, but rather, valuing the time we have here by using it for eternal purposes.
Our aim should be heaven, with the conduct and behavior practices that identify with the heavenly home. This aim with associated conduct and practices constitutes a heart of wisdom.
Because the sentence against evil work is not executed speedly, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. (Eccelsiates 8:11)
Though a sinner does evil a hundred times, and his days are prolonged, yet I surely know that it will be well with those who fear God, who fear before Him. (Ecclesiates 8:12)
But it will not be well with the wicked; nor will he prolong his days, which are as a shadow, because he does not fear before God. (Ecclesiates 8:13)
We often question ourselves about the prosperity of the wicked and how the wicked do evil and appears to get away with a lot of things, in which, they themselves boast about.
However, with the world and all therein being under God's providence, at His divine will and wisdom, He at times postpones punishment, letting the guilty person live longer.
Although there seems to be some glaring inequities between the righteous and the unrighteous in this present life, we know that God is working out His good purpose.
God has set aside an appropriate time of judgment for everyone concerning every matter. Death is not the end. All of life will be reviewed by our righteous Lord. Life must be lived through faith with values of the eternal God in view.
And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, (Hebrews 9:27)
so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. (Hebrews 9:28)
For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under the law but under grace. (Romans 6:14)
Christians have been freed from sin so that they can be given eternal life, which is God's gift to each believer. Through living in faith and obedience, Christians can fully enjoy God's free gift of eternal life, which is not just a static entity, but a dynamic and growing relationship with Jesus Christ Himself.
For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. (Romans 6:20)
What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. (Romans 6:21)
But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. (Romans 6:22)
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. (Romans 8:6)
For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. (Galatians 6:8)
Judgment of the Unrighteous
Then He will also say to those on the left hand, 'Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: (Matthew 25:41)
for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; (Matthew 25:42)
I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.' (Matthew 25:43)
Then they also will answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?' (Matthew 25:44)
Then He will answer them, saying, "Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.' (Matthew 25:45)
And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into everlasting life." (Matthew 25:46)
Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice (John 5:28)
and come forth --- those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation. (John 5:29)
I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me." (John 5:30)
Coming in contact with Jesus Christ brings in a spiritual reality of the content of your total being, that identifies your wretchedness (extreemly or deplorably bad nature (sin)) that has seperated you from God. Contact with Jesus brings on a reality awareness that shakes up ones philosophical views and convicts one of his or her self-righteousness so much so, that God's display of His goodness through His grace and mercy leads a person to repentance. Such contact exposes one's corruptable nature and gives light to who one can be in Christ Jesus.
Moving from the reality of self by denying oneself to Christ Jesus redefines one's possibilities and limitations, in that, with God all things are possible and there are no limits as to who or what one can be or do in Christ Jesus. Therefore, no one who is of a sound mind should choose to live in the content of self, but rather, denies self as Christ has commanded, that he or she by faith, not only just live, but live being more than a conqueror. It is impossible to have come in contact with light and remain in darkness, or to be in Christ not bearing any fruit.
For the weapons of our warefare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, (2nd Corinthians 10:4)
casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, (2nd Corinthians 10:5)
and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. (2nd Corinthians 10:6)
Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: (Hebrews 12:14)
looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up causes trouble, and by this many become defiled; (Hebrews 12:15)
Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. (James 3:18)
Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. (James 4:7)
Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up. (James 4:10)
But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. (1st Peter 4:7)
And above all things have fervent love for one another, for "love will cover a multitude od sins." (1st Peter 4:8)
Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. (1st Peter 4:9)
As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another , as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. (1st Peter 4:10)
Avoid Dissension
But avoid foolish disputes, genealogies, contentions, and striving about the law; for they are unprofitable and useless. (Titus 3:9)
Reject a divisive man after the first and second admonition, (Titus 3:10)
Knowing that such a person is warped and sinning, being self-condemned. (Titus 3:11)
As it is appointed for men to die once, and after that, to stand before the judgment seat of Christ, so Christ died once, however, not like the repeated sacrifices of the Levitical system.
Jesus Christ was the full, perfect, and sufficient sacrifice, and unlike men, Christ did not die and face judgment, because He Himself had no sin. He died once to appear a second time for salvation.
Those who eagerly wait for Him are not necessarily all believers, but those who look for His return, those who are steadfast to the end.
Authority and Power over the Devil
Authority can be defined as the power to enforce laws, exact obedience, command, determine, or judge; power assigned or authorized.
Power can be defined as the ability or capicity to perform an act effectively; the strength or force exerted or capable of being extered; the ability or official capacity to exercise control.
As Christians, we have been given power and authority over the devil and all his demons and over all diseases.
Although we have that capacity of authority, in order to exercise the power, we must abide in His word and walk in the light as God and His Son Jesus Christ is in the light, as His Holy Spirit leads and guides us.
Without the Holy Spirit, it is impossible to have power and authority over the devil, his demons, and all diseases. And without Jesus, no one has the Holy Spirit.
[Sending Out the Twelve ] Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. (Luke 9:1)
[The Truth Shall Make You Free ] Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. (John 8:31)
And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 3:32)
And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; (Mark 16:17)
they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” (Mark 16:18)
Christians' Power
We as Christians have no reason at all to fear or be afraid of the devil, his demons, and those who allow the devil to utilize them to do his will.
The devil and his demons tremble because they have no choice; knowing God is all powerful and unmatchable in His sovereignity, and that those who trust in Him have the power to destroy any and all works they seek to perform.
We have nothing at all to fear concerning Satan and his demons. All who have such fear have it because of the lack of knowledge of Christ Jesus our Lord, and the power God the Father gave us to become sons and daughters of His.
So shall they fear The name of the LORD from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him. (Isaiah 59:19)
‘According to the word that I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt, so My Spirit remains among you; do not fear!’ (Haggai 2:5)
[The Church Prospers ] Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied. (Acts 9:31)
For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” (Romans 8:15)
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (1st Timothy 1:7)
Angels Watching Over Us
For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways. (Psalm 91:11)
In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone. (Psalm 91:12)
Then the devil took Him (Jesus) up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, Matthew 4:5)
and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written: ‘ He shall give His angels charge over you,’ and, 'In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.’” (Matthew 4:6)
Jesus said to him, “It is written again, ‘You shall not tempt the LORD your God.’ (Matthew 4:7)
Our Enemies are like Chaff
They are like straw before the wind,And like chaff that a storm carries away. (Job 21:18)
Let them be like chaff before the wind,And let the angel of the LORD chase them. (Psalm 35:5)
O my God, make them like the whirling dust,Like the chaff before the wind! (Psalm 83:13)
The nations will rush like the rushing of many waters; But God will rebuke them and they will flee far away, And be chased like the chaff of the mountains before the wind, Like a rolling thing before the whirlwind. (Isaiah 17:13)
[Humility Cures Worldliness ] Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. (James 4:7)
The Whole Armor of God
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. (Ephesians 6:10)
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (Ephesians 6:11)
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12)
Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. (Ephesians 6:13)
Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, (Ephesians 6:14)
and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; (Ephesians 6:15)
above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. (Ephesians 6:16)
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; (Ephesians 6:17)
praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— (Ephesians 6:18)
Speaking Boldly as I Ought to Speak
and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, (Ephesians 6:19)
for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. (Ephesians 6:20)
Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit. (Proverbs 18:21)
For we do not have a High Priest (Jesus Christ) who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. (Hebrews 4:15)
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16)
But look! He (Jesus) speaks boldly, and they say nothing to Him. Do the rulers know indeed that this is truly the Christ? (John 7:26)
Therefore they stayed there a long time, speaking boldly in the Lord, who was bearing witness to the word of His grace, granting signs and wonders to be done by their hands. (Acts 14:3)
So he (Apollos) began to speak boldly in the synagogue. When Aquila and Priscilla heard him, they took him aside and explained to him the way of God more accurately. (Acts 18:26)
And when he (Apollos) desired to cross to Achaia, the brethren wrote, exhorting the disciples to receive him; and when he arrived, he greatly helped those who had believed through grace; (Acts 18:27)
for he vigorously refuted the Jews publicly, showing from the Scriptures that Jesus is the Christ. (Acts 18:28)
Destroying the Works of the Devil
He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. (1st John 3:8)
You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I.
(John 14:28)
Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. (John 14:23)
You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.(1st John 4:4)
(as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations” ) in the presence of Him whom he (Abraham) believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did; (Romans 4:17)
The Just Shall Live by Faith
If he has walked in My statutes And kept My judgments faithfully— He is just; He shall surely live!” Says the Lord GOD. (Ezekiel 18:9)
“Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith. (Habakkuk 2:4)
For in it (the gospel of Jesus Christ) the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” (Romans 1:17)
But that no one is justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for “the just shall live by faith.” (Galatians 3:1)
Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.” (Hebrews 10:38)
For we walk by faith, not by sight. (2nd Corinthians 5:7)
[By Faith We Understand ] Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)
how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. (Acts 10:38)
[The Answered Prayer ] “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. (John 14:12)
Pleasing God
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6)
So then, those who are in the flesh (original birth nature; unregenerated or not born again) cannot please God. (Romans 8:8)
But the natural man (unregenerated man)does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. (1st Corinthians 2:14)
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, (Romans 3:23)
If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. (1st John 1:6)
But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. (1st John 1:7)
If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. (1st John 1:8)
Sins Must be Confessed
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1st John 1:9)
If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us. (1st John 1:10)
The Devil is a Liar
Those by the wayside are the ones who hear; then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. (Luke 8:12)
But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself? (Acts 5:3)
And supper being ended, the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray Him (Jesus), (John 13:2)
Jesus answered them, “Did I not choose you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?” (John 6:70)
You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. (John 8:44)
Be Transformed and Guard Your Mind
The battleground of the devil's operations is the mind. Here is where he plants and/or attempts to plant his lies. We must remember that no lie is of the truth, and there is no truth in the devil.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2)
[The Humbled and Exalted Christ ] Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, (Philippians 2:5)
Therefore let us, as many as are mature, have this mind; and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal even this to you. (Philippians 3:15)
Nevertheless, to the degree that we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us be of the same mind. (Philippians 3:16)
Let no one cheat you of your reward, taking delight in false humility and worship of angels, intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, (Colossians 2:18)
But Elymas the sorcerer (for so his name is translated) withstood them, seeking to turn the proconsul away from the faith. Acts 13:8)
Then Saul, who also is called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked intently at him (Acts 13:9)
and said, “O full of all deceit and all fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not cease perverting the straight ways of the Lord? (Acts 13:10)
And now, indeed, the hand of the Lord is upon you, and you shall be blind, not seeing the sun for a time.” And immediately a dark mist fell on him, and he went around seeking someone to lead him by the hand. (Acts 13:11)
Then the proconsul believed, when he saw what had been done, being astonished at the teaching of the Lord. (Acts 13:12)
According to Roman history, a proconsul was an official, usually a former consul, who acted as governor or military commander of a province, and who had powers similar to those of a consul.
According to Roman history, a consul was an official appointed by the government of one country to look after its commercial interests and the welfare of its citizens in another country; aslo defined as either of the two (2) chief magistrates of the ancient Roman republic.
Be Patient and Trust the LORD
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; (Philippians 4:6)
and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7)
Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart, (Proverbs 3:3)
And so find favor and high esteem In the sight of God and man. (Proverbs 3:4)
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; (Proverbs 3:5)
In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall directyour paths. (Proverbs 3:6)
Mercy and truth are very vital attributes of a Christian's character, wherein, when such qualities are carried out, one finds favor and high esteem in the sight of God and man.
Mercy may be defined as a refraining from harming or punishing offenders, enemies, persons in one's power, etc.; kindness in excess of what may be expected or demanded by fairness; forbearance and compassion or a disposition to forgive, pity, or be kind.
Truth may be defined as a verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like; an obvious or accepted fact; truism; platitude; honesty; integrity; truthfulness, which the word of God is from Genesis to Revelation.
All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth,To such as keep His covenant and His testimonies. (Psalm 25:10)
He shall send from heaven and save me;He reproaches the one who would swallow me up. Selah God shall send forth His mercy and His truth. (Psalm 57:3)
For Your mercy reaches unto the heavens,And Your truth unto the clouds. (Psalm 57:10)
But as for me, my prayer is to You,O LORD, in the acceptable time; O God, in the multitude of Your mercy, Hear me in the truth of Your salvation. (Psalm 69:13)
Mercy and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed. (Psalm 85:10)
But You, O Lord, are a God full of compassion, and gracious, Longsuffering and abundant in mercy and truth. (Psalm 86:15)
Do they not go astray who devise evil? But mercy and truth belong to those who devise good. (Proverbs 14:22)
In mercy and truth Atonement is provided for iniquity; And by the fear of the LORD one departs from evil. (Proverbs 16:6)
[God’s Charge Against Israel ] Hear the word of the LORD,You children of Israel, For the LORD brings a charge against the inhabitants of the land: “ There is no truth or mercy Or knowledge of God in the land. (Hosea 4:1)
Grace, mercy, and peace will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. (2nd John 1:3)
For I desire mercy and not sacrifice, And the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings. (Hosea 6:6)
But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.” (Matthew 9:13)
But if you had known what this means, ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the guiltless. (Matthew 12:7)
Mercy may be defined as a refraining from harming or punishing offenders, enemies, persons in one's power, etc.; kindness in excess of what may be expected or demanded by fairness; forbearance and compassion; a disposition to forgive, pity, or be kind.
Truth may be defined as a verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like; an obvious or accepted fact; truism; platitude; honesty; integrity; truthfulness; fidelity to an original or standard.
The word of God from Genesis to Revelation is truth, and all answers to ethical and moral behavior practices are found in the Holy Bible.
There is no other Source of truth concerning mankind's behavior practices and what is required of mankind to be saved from the wrath of God to come.
Although there are many who believe and have been deceived into believing that there are other ways other than Jesus Christ to be saved, these are corrupted ways of illusions that lead unto death and eternal separation from God.
Deceiving Spirits and Doctrines of Demons
[The Great Apostasy ] Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, (1st Timothy 4:1)
Catholicism, Mormonism, Islamism (Muslims), Oneness Pentecostalism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Buddaism, Seventh-day Adventism, and the like are either anti-Trinitarian or give the impression of being Trinitarian, but have a different Jesus and different Holy Spirit.
For example, Oneness Pentecostalism is a anti- Trinitarian doctrine that's very deceptive, because unlike Mormonism and Jehovah's Witnesses, it teaches both that there is one God and that Jesus is fully God.
What is even more dangerous about Oneness Pentecostalism, is that it does not appeal to any other extrabiblical literature or modern leaders for authoritative interpertations of Scripture; it relies solely on the Holy Bible, in which they have gravely and most dangerously gone astray and in thought and belief.
The Oneness Pentecostal movement began in 1913 and has grown quickly since then to over four (4) million worldwide, making it the second (2nd) largest anti-Trinitarian movement to Mormonism, which is the largest with over five (5) million.
One Pentecostals reject the nick-name of "Jesus Only," feeling that it implies a rejection of belief in the Father; however, "Jesus Only" derives from their own insistance that baptism is to be administered "in the name of Jesus only," which is contray to Christ's commandment reflected as follows:
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (Matthew 28:19)
Oneness Pentecostalism teaches the doctrine that "God is absolutely one (1)" in numberical value, and that Jesus is the one God, and that God is not a plurality of three (3) Persons of one (1) substance, power, and eternity.
According to Oneness Pentecostalism, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are three (3) manifestations of the one (1) God, who is not, though, limited to these three manifestations.
Oneness believers, along with Mormons, Jews, Muslims, Jehovah' Witnesses and others condemn the Trinity as tritheism (belief in three (3) Gods) primarily because of a faulty understanding of the term "person."
Nowhere in Scripture are we ever told that God is one (1) Person, but rather, we are told that God is Spirit, an infinite being without body and parts.
Yet, He exists as a kind of differentiated infinite unity that is triune (three (3) in one), though not triplex (three (3) in parts), which requires all to be very careful from assuming that the unity of the Deity (the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) will be the same sort of unity as we find in the finite world as opposed to the infinite world.
In the finite world, every person is an entity separate from all other persons. However, in the infinite world, God exists as three (3) distinguishing Persons, while remaining One (1) indivisible essence.
Furthermore, the term "person" should not be improperly restricted to human beings, since angels are self-aware subjects also. Such a restriction demonstrates a lack of revelation of God concerning Himself in the Scriptures.
Such a revelation of the Trinity cannot be determined by reasoning alone, but only by examining God's revelation of Himself in the Scripture, which Oneness Pentecostals and the like have fail to accomplish.
According to Oneness Pentecostalism, the term "Father" designates Christ's deity, while "Son" designates either His humanity considered separately or His deity as manifested in the flesh.
Interesting and confusing enough, while the Oneness Pentecostals hold that the Father is not the Son, they hold also at the same time that Jesus is both the Father and the son.
Jesus answered and said to them, “You are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God. (22:29)
And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts; (2nd Peter 1:19)
knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, (2nd Peter 1:20)
for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. (2nd Peter 2:21)
The most common objection to the Trinity is that the doctrine employs nonbiblical terms (Trinity, person, ect.); and while this is true it proves absolutely nothing.
The word "Oneness" is not in the Bible, nor does the Bible call the Father or Holy Spirit "manifestations of God."
The nonbiblical terms Trinity and person express the biblical truth about God in such a way as to exclude unbiblical perversions of that truth.
The other most common objection to the Trinity is that it was not formulated until the fourth (4th) century, being supposedly imposed on the people by the Roman Catholic Church (by then quite apostate, as we are told) through the political agency of Constantine at the Council of Nicea in A.D. 325.
However, the doctrine of the Trinity as such originated long before Costantine, well over a century before Nicea.
Although it is true that Constantine originally supported Athanasius (the champion of Trinitarianism) and deposed Arius, in A.D. 332, he reversed himself and supported Arius, and for the next fifty (50) years or so, Arianism was the ruling movement.
Arianism is the doctrines of Arius, who taught that Jesus was not of the same substance as God, but a created being exalted above all other creatures.
Tertullian was a Carthaginian theologian who converted to Christianity, broke with the Catholic Church and formed his own schismatic sect; his writings greatly influenced Western theology.
Tertullian was the first (1st) theologian to use the term Trinity (the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) about A.D. 200.
Oneness Pentecostalism is indeed a Christian cult, as is Mormonism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Islamism, Buddaism, and the like.
When one's view of Christ is separated from one's view of the Trinity, a major problem exists, in that, denying the Trinity, one loses the biblical Christ, who was sent by the Father, and the Holy Spirit, who was sent by the Father in the name of Jesus.
The doctrine of the Trinity is the distinctive feature of the Christian revelation of the nature of the true God. All He has revealed Himself to will find that their God is the Trinity.
Cult of Christianity Defined
A cult of Christianity is a group of people, which claiming to be Christian, embraces a particular doctrinal system taught by an individual leader, group of leaders,
or organization, which (system) denies (either explicitly or implicitly) one (1) or more of the central doctrines of the Christian faith as taught in the sixty-six (66) books of the Bible.

Are you in a cult or know a friend, family member, or someone else you've associated with that's in a cult?
If so, take the time to review this website and other medias of information on cults that you may know the truth and be set free.
Help yourself and then work at helping someone else you might know that's trapped in a cult.
Words of Knowledge
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children. (Hosea 4:6)
Jesus Christ is the focus of a cosmic struggle between life and death, light and darkness, truth and falsehood (lie), love and hate, mandating us as believers
to place our complete trust in Him and live out that trust daily, which enriches our faith in Him and enables us to walk trustingly hand and hand with our Lord.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction. (Proverbs 1:7)
For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding; (Proverbs 2:6)
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. (Proverbs 9:10)
Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge, But he who hates correction is stupid. (Proverbs 12:1)
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. (James 1:5)
But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. (James 1:6)
For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; (James 1:7)
he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. (James 1:8)
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6)
The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, They have done abominable works, There is none who does good. (Psalms 14:1)
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; (Proverbs 3:5)
In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths. (Proverbs 3:6)
The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it? (Jeremiah 17:9)
I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings. (Proverbs 17:10)
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep His commandments, For this is man's all. (Ecclesiates 12:13)
For God will bring every work into judgment, Including every secret thing, Whether good or evil. (Ecclesiates 12:14)
Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent, to be well pleasing to Him. (2nd Corinthians 5:9)
For we all must appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad. (2nd Corinthians 5:10)
Therefore, knowing the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are well known to God, and I also trust are well known in your consciences. (2nd Corinthians 5:11)
And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, (Hebrews 9:27)
so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. (Hebrews 9:28)
Christian Teachers Beware
My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment. (James 3:1)
Deception of False Teachers
For when they speak great swelling words of emptiness, they allure through lusts of the flesh, through lewdness, the ones who have actually escaped from those who live in error. (2nd Peter 2:18)
While they promise them liberty, they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage. (2nd Peter 2:19)
For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the later end is worse for them than the beginning. (2nd Peter 2:20)
For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. (2nd Peter 2:21)
But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: "A dog returns to his own vomit," and "a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in the mire." (2nd Peter 2:22)
Doom of False Teachers
For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment; (2nd Peter 2:4)
and did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly; (2nd Peter 2:5)
and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making them an example to those whom afterward would live godly; (2nd Peter 2:6)
and delivered righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the filthy conduct of the wicked (2nd Peter 2:7)
{for that righteous man, dwelling among them, tormented his righteous soul from day to day by seeing and hearing their lawless deeds} --- (2nd Peter 2:8)
then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment, (2nd Peter 2:9)
and especially those who walk according to the flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise authority. They are presumptuous, self-willed. They are not afraid to speak evil of dignitaries, (2nd Peter 2:10)
whereas, angels, who are greater in power and might, do not bring a reviling accusation against them before the Lord. (2nd Peter 2:11)
Depravity of False Teachers
But these, like natural brute beasts made to be caught and destroyed, speak evil of things they do not understand, and will utterly perish in their own corruption, (2nd Peter 2:12)
and will receive the wages of unrighteousness, as those who count it pleasure to carouse in the daytime. They are spots and blemishes, carousing in their own deceptions while they feast with you, (2nd Peter 2:13)
having eyes full of adultery and that cannot cease from sin, enticing unstable souls. They have a heart trained in covetous practices, and are accussed children. (2nd Peter 2:14)
They have forsaken the right way and gone astray, following the way of Balaam, the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; (2nd Peter 2:14)
but he was rebuked fro his iniquity; a dumb donkey speaking with a man's voice restrained the madness of the prophet. (2nd Peter 2:15)
These are wells without water, clouds carried about by a tempest, for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever. (2nd Peter 2:16)
Make Sure Jesus Knows You
"Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. (Matthew 7:21)
Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not propheised in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name? (Matthew 7:22)
And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' (Matthew 7:23)
The Way to Come to Jesus
When He had called the people to Himself, with His disciples also, He said to them, "Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. (Mark 8:34)
For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel's will save it. (Mark 8:35)
For what will it profit a man if he gains the world, and loses his own soul? (Mark 8:36)
Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? (Mark 8:37)
For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels." (Mark 8:38)
MAKE SURE THAT YOU KNOW HIM !!!
(Don't wait, tomorrow may be too late)
God's Grace and Mercy
Grace can be defined as the state of being protected or sanctified by the favor of God; or Divine love and protection bestowed freedly by God through Jesus Christ.
Mercy can be defined as the state of being sympathetic or forgiving; leniency and compassion shown toward sinners by God; justice justice due but withheld.
God's Grace Has Appeared to All
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, (Titus 2:11)
teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present age, (Titus 2:12)
looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, (Titus 2:13)
who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. (Titus 2:14)
Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you. (Titus 2:15)
God's Grace
The first time Christ came in grace to save men from their sins; the second time He will come in glory to reign. With His death on the Cross, Christ paid the price to release us from the bondage of sin to which every unbeliever is a slave.
God's purpose of redeeming us is not only to save us from hell, but also to free us from sin so that we can produce good works that glorify Him.
For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. (John 1:17)
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10)
I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. (Galatians 5:16)
For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. (Galatians 5:17)
For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. (Romans 6:14)
Spiritual Immaturity and Sluggishness
Believers have been warned not to be carried away by the popular opinions that surrounds them; instead, believers are to hold fast to Christ's words because they are the words of God.
If the people who heard the message delivered through angels were justly punished when they disobeyed the Law, how can believers expect to escape punishment when they neglect the even greater message delivered through the greater Messenger (Jesus Christ), the Son of God?
Believers are warned about neglecting salvation and losing out on their opportunity to reign with Christ.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. (Romans 1:16)
For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. (Romans 8:6)
so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. (Hebrews 9:28)
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, (Ephesians 2:8)
not of works, lest anyone should boast. (Ephesians 2:9)
For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God? (1st Peter 4:17)
What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? (James 2:14)
But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead? (James 2:20)
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. (James 2:26)
They Know We are Christians by Our Love
The justification that is before God requires no work on his or her behalf (professed believer),
however the justification that is before man-kind (professed believers) requires work on his or her behalf.
There is fruit that a true believer should bear and that fruit should remain, wherein, signfying his or her Christian identity.
Therefore, inevitabably (as it is to be expected), we can say explicitly and conclusively, that those who have genuine faith in Christ should produce the fruit of the Spirit
(love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control) in their speech and behavior practices.
Christians have the responsibility of proving their genuine faith in Christ through their works. It is vitally important again to mention here, that, "one's personal works could never ever equate to salvation."
Again, the justicication that comes through faith is before God, and we do not prove ourselves to Him, instead, God declares us righteous through our association with Christ, the One who died for our sins.
In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother. (1st John 3:10)
We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death. (1st John 3:14)
Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. (1st John 3:15)
And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment. (1st John 3:23)
We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one. (1st John 5:19)
Do Not Neglect Salvation
Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away. (Hebrews 2:1)
For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just reward, (Hebrews 2:2)
how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard him, (Hebrews 2:3)
God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with vatious miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will? (Hebrews 2:4)
Salvation was first spoken of in the Old Testament (Genesis 15:5,6); but it was the Lord Himself who first spoke of His followers inheriting His kingdom and reigning with Him (Mark 1:14,15 and Matthew 6:19,20,21 and Luke 22: 29, 30)
Then He (God) brought him (Abraham) outside and said, "Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them." And He said to Him, "So shall your descendants be." (Genesis 15:5)
And he believed in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness. (Genesis 15:6)
Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, (Mark 1:14)
and saying, "The time is fulfiled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel." (Mark 1:15)
“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; (Matthew 6:19)
but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. (Matthew 6:20)
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. (Matthew 6:21)
But you are those who have continued with Me in My trials. (Luke 22:28)
And I bestow upon you a kingdom, just as My Father bestowed one upon Me, (Luke 22:29)
that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom, and sit on the thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel." (Luke 22:30)
If we endure, We shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us. (2nd Timothy 2:12)
Graces of the Heirs of Grace
Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work, (Titus 3:1)
to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing all humility, to all men. (Titus 3:2)
For we ourselves were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful and hating one another. (Titus 3:3)
But when the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared, (Titus 3:4)
not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, (Titus 3:5)
whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, (Titus 3:6)
that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. (Titus 3:7)
This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men. (Titus 3:8)
The Biblical Historical Jesus
What is the fate of those who do not have the biblical historical Jesus? Are they all lost and doomed to eternal destruction?
Will God have mercy and saved them, with their only lost being reward? What a chance for one to take or be deceived into taking.
Without the biblical historical Jesus being one's primary and only option for salvation, there is no genuine salvation available.
True salvation from the wrath of God, must come through the Son of God who gave His life as a ramsom for sinners. Without Him, no one has eternal life abiding in them.
The writings of Josephus points out in his reference called, "Testimonium Flavianum, that "About this time there lived Jesus, a wise man, if indeed one ought to call him a man.
For he wrought surprising feats. He was the Christ. When Pilate condemned him to be crucified, those who had come to love him did not give up their affection for him. On the third day he appeared restored to life.
And the tribe of Christians has not disappeared." Josephus was not a Christian. Therefore many believe that he could not have written anything such as the above statements.
But, even so, we are left with details of a picture which tells us that the "biblical Jesus" and the "historical Jesus" are one and the same.
This is the JESUS all need to come to and be SAVED! There is NO Other!
