Major Non-Christian Cults

Get out of what you're in! Your soul depends on it!
  • Three (3) Major Non-Christians Cults

    1. Islam (Muslims): believe in one, unique, incomparable God, Who has no son nor partner, and that none has the right to be worshipped but Him alone.  He is the true God, and every other deity is false.  He has the most magnificent names and sublime perfect attributes.  No one shares His divinity, nor His attributes.

Muslims hold that God is not Jesus, and Jesus is not God.  There is no Trinity.

Muslims believe in the prophets and messengers of God, starting with Adam, including Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, and Jesus (peace be upon them).

But God’s final message to man, a reconfirmation of the eternal message, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad.  Muslims believe that Muhammad is the last prophet sent by God.

Muslims believe that all the prophets and messengers were created human beings who had none of the divine qualities of God.

Muslims believe in the Day of Judgment (the Day of Resurrection) when all people will be resurrected for God’s judgment according to their beliefs and deeds.

Muslims believe in the existence of the angels and that they are honored creatures.  The angels worship God alone, obey Him, and act only by His command.  Among the angels is Gabriel, who brought down the Quran to Muhammad.

Islam rejects that God rested on the seventh day of the creation, that He wrestled with one of His angels, that He is an envious plotter against mankind, or that He is incarnate in any human being.

Islam also rejects the attribution of any human form to God.  All of these are considered blasphemous.

The Arabic word Allah means God (the one and only true God who created the whole universe). This word Allah is a name for God, which is used by Arabic speakers, both Arab Muslims and Arab Christians.  This word cannot be used to designate anything other than the one true God.

Muslims hold that the Messiah (Jesus), son of Mary, was no more than a messenger.

Muslims hold that this life is our only chance to win Paradise and to escape from Hellfire, because if someone dies in disbelief, he will not have another chance to come back to this world to believe.

Muslims hold that when someone converts to Islam, God forgives all of his or her previous sins and evil deeds, and subsequently rewards converts for their good and bad deeds.

Muslims hold that real happiness and peace can be found in submitting to the Creator and the Sustainer of this world, and the one who turns away from the Quran will have a life of hardship in this world.

Muslims hold that the lowest in rank among the dwellers of Paradise will have ten (10) times the like of this world, and he or she will have whatever he or she desires and ten (10) times like it.

Jihad means "to strive or struggle" (in the way of God) and is considered the "sixth pillar of Islam"  by a minority of Muslim authorities.  Jihad, in its broadest sense, is classically defined as "exerting one's utmost power, efforts, endeavors, or ability in contending with an object of disapprobation." Depending on the object being a visible enemy, the devil, and aspects of one's own self, different categories of Jihad are defined.  Jihad when used without any qualifier is understood in its military aspect.  Jihad also refers to one's striving to attain religious and moral perfection.  Some Muslim authorities, especially among the Shi'a and Sufis, distinguish between the "greater jihad", which pertains to spiritual self-perfection, and the "lesser jihad", defined as warfare.

Within Islamic jurisprudence  jihad is usually taken to mean military exertion against non-Muslim combatants in the defense or expansion of the Islamic state,  the ultimate purpose of which is to universalize Islam.  Jihad, the only form of warfare permissible in Islamic law, may be declared against apostates, rebels, highway robbers, violent groups, unIslamic leaders or states which refuse to submit to the authority of Islam.

Infidels in most cases refer to people that don't subscribe to a Salafist, or Wahhabi version of Islam.  From the perspective of the radical extremists, infidels include well over 80% of the world's population that adheres to the Buddhist, Christian, Confucian, Hindu, Jewish, Shinto, Sikh, Taoist, and other faiths.

Muslims hold that the millions of people that are agnostic, or don't believe in any faith system, are also infidels, and shouldn't possess the right to freely seek the truth and other virtues.

Shia, sufi, and Submitter schools of thought agree that Jews and Christians can go to heaven, as supported by the Qur'an: "Surely, those who believe, those who are Jewish, the Christians, and the converts; anyone who (1) believes in GOD, and (2) believes in the Last Day, and (3) leads a righteous life, will receive their recompense from their Lord.  They have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve." (Qur'an 5:69)

However, Sunnis strongly disagree, their school of thought also supported by the Qur'an, wherein, stating that Qur'an 5:69 has been abrogated or nullified by Qur'an 3:85: "And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers." (Qur'an 3:85)

Sunnis make up roughly 90% of all Muslims and have throughly oppressed the much smaller sects. However, regardless of sectarian politics, all Muslims agree that those who do not believe in the God of Abraham will be sent to hell.

According to Islam, God (Allah) has ordained a very specific path (Islam) for manking, and only those who get and stay on the path are rewarded Paradise, while those who stray from the path are severely punished with Hellfire.  While Muslims, and the Qur'an refer to God as Ar-Rahman (The Most Merciful), Allah is not merciful at all.

The God of Islam punishes those who do not recognize his dominance and acknowledge his superiority, which depicts Allah's aggressive nature and desperate need to be worshipped.  No one is allowed to live their own life and make their own choices without serious and deadly repercussions, which is a manifestation of dictatorship and oppression.

Muslims vainly anticipate and await the day Allah will come and destroy the infidels, and create an Islamic Paradise for his faithful followers.  Surely and sadly, they wait unawarely without realizing that their violent deity is nothing more than a myth, full of deception and destined for destruction.

Muslims believe that Judas, not Jesus, died on the cross, arguing that Allah would never have dishonored His prophet by allowing Him to undergo such a death.  Instead, they believe that  Jesus was miraculously caught up into heaven and that the betrayer, Judas Iscariot, surreptitiously took His place on the cross.

"That they said (in boast), 'We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah' -- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not -- nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself." (Surah 4:157-158)

    2. Hinduism: Hinduism differs from Christianity and other Western religions in that it does not have a single founder, a specific theological system, a single system of morality, or a central religious organization. It consists of "thousands of different religious groups that have evolved in India since 1500 BCE."

Most forms of Hinduism are henotheistic religions. They recognize a single deity, and view other Gods and Goddesses as manifestations or aspects of that supreme God. Henotheistic and polytheistic religions have traditionally been among the world's most religiously tolerant faiths.

Hinduism has grown to become the world's third (3rd) largest religion, after Christianity and Islam.   It claims about 837 million followers - 13% of the world's population.  It is the dominant religion in India, Nepal, and among the Tamils in Sri Lanka.

    3. Buddaism has grown to become the world's fourth (4th) largest religion, after Christianity, Islam, and Hinduism.  It claims about 365 million followers -- 6% of the world's population.  It is the dominant religion in Thailand, Burma, Cambodia and Laos." China, Japan, Korea, Tibet and Mongolia.

Buddhism was founded in Northern India by the first known Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama. In the sixth century BCE, he attained enlightenment and assumed the title Lord Buddha (one who has awakened)

    The Land of Canaan

God is the Grantor and the Israelites are the Grantees.  The survey has been divinely defined and filed in Heaven's Registry of Deeds.

The defined property cannot be redistrubuted in any manner shape or form, unless such approval is obtained from God.

Unauthorized ocuppancy (the fact or condition of holding, possessing, or residing in or on it ) without God's approval is in fact disobedience and rebellion against God.

And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, (Numbers 13:1)

Send men to spy out the land of Canaan, which I am giving to the children of Israel; from each tribe of their fathers you shall send a man, every one a leader among them. (Numbers 13:2)

The LORD Gives and Takes as He Wills

Show me the one(s) who rebuke the LORD and corrects Him on anything, but particularily, on His giving of the land of Canaan to the children of Israel, and I will show you the fool(s).

The earth is the LORD’s, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein. (Psalm 24:1)

“Shall the one who contends with the Almighty correct Him? He who rebukes God, let him answer it.” (Job 40:2)

There is no wisdom or understanding Or counsel against the LORD. (Proverbs 21:30)

He who instructs the nations, shall He not correct, He who teaches man knowledge? (94:10)

Behold, happy is the man whom God corrects; Therefore do not despise the chastening of the Almighty. (Job 5:17)

Blessed is the man whom You instruct, O LORD, And teach out of Your law, (Psalm 94:12)

Read from the Scroll (the Word of God)

You go, therefore, and read from the scroll which you have written at my instruction, the words of the LORD, in the hearing of the people in the LORD’s house on the day of fasting.

And you shall also read them in the hearing of all Judah who come from their cities. (Jeremiah 36:6)

Your own wickedness will correct you, And your backslidings will rebuke you. Know therefore and see that it is an evil and bitter thing That you have forsaken the LORD your God,

And the fear of Me is not in you,” Says the Lord GOD of hosts. (Jeremiah 2:19)

Sin and the Temple of God

Sin is lawlessness, that is, not the absence of the law, but active rebellion against the law.

The body is the “temple of the God,” where the “Holy Spirit” resides in the “children of God.”

We are to glorify God in our body and in our spirit, which requires us to get rid of any filthiness and uncleanness of the flesh and of the mind.

The “temple of God ” should be kept continuously clean for God to use as He wills for His glory in being witnesses to the world of His continued presence.

Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. (1st Corinthians 6:18)

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? (1st Corinthians 6:19)

For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. (1st Corinthians 6:20)

The Holy Spirit is the Truth

The Holy Spirit always tells the truth, because He is the Spirit of truth from God sent in the name of Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

The spirit of error always tells the lie, because it is from Satan, the father of the lie, and there is no truth in him.

Abraham's Seed but Satan's Children

The Pharisees therefore said to Him, “You bear witness of Yourself; Your witness is not true.” (John 8:13)

Jesus answered and said to them, “Even if I bear witness of Myself, My witness is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from and where I am going. (John 8:14)

You judge according to the flesh; I judge no one. (John 8:15)

And yet if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone, but I am with the Father who sent Me. (John 8:16)

It is also written in your law that the testimony of two men is true. (John 8:17)

I am One who bears witness of Myself, and the Father who sent Me bears witness of Me.”  (John 8:18)

Then they said to Him, “Where is Your Father?”  Jesus answered, “You know neither Me nor My Father. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also.” (John 8:19)

These words Jesus spoke in the treasury, as He taught in the temple; and no one laid hands on Him, for His hour had not yet come. (John 8:20)

“I know that you are Abraham’s descendants, but you seek to kill Me, because My word has no place in you. (John 8:37)

I speak what I have seen with My Father, and you do what you have seen with[l] your father.” (John 8:38)

They answered and said to Him, “Abraham is our father.”  Jesus said to them, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would do the works of Abraham.  (John 8:39)

But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this. (John 8:40)

You do the deeds of your father.”
Then they said to Him, “We were not born of fornication; we have one Father—God.” (John 8:41)

Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me. (John 8:42)

Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. (John 8:43)

You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him.

When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. (John 8:44)

But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me. (John 8:45)

Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe Me? (John 8:46)

He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.” (John 8:47)

The Promised Land

Canaan is the ancient region made up of Palestine or the part of it between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea.

Canaan In the Holy Bible it is the Promised Land of the Israelites.

In the earliest reference, in a 15th century B.C. written record from Mesopotamia, the name Canaan – Kinkha – refers to the Syrian coast, from the Gulf of Alexandretta in the north to the head of the range in the south.

Other sources present different perceptions of the term, to include the city of Hazor in the upper Jordan Valley (Judg 4:2, 23-24);

the coastal plain in general and the Jordan Valley (Num 13:29); or a much wider area including the entire coastal plain running south from Sidon to Gaza and from there eastwards to the southern part of the Dead Sea (Gen 10:19).

The widest region falling under the name Canaan is described in Numbers 34:2-13 and includes, in addition to the expanse between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean, parts of the Negeb and northern Sinai, areas east of the Sea of Galilee, as well as present-day Lebanon and southern and central Syria.

It has been suggested that this area corresponds to the extent of Egyptian hegemony during the New Kingdom period.

Egyptian written records of that time are likewise quite vague about the exact extent of Canaan, but they clearly specify what may be called southern Canaan with its capital city, referred to as “The Canaan” in Gaza.

The list of nations in Genesis chapter 10, in which Canaan appears as the youngest son of Ham, son of Noah, includes peoples known to have inhabited Canaan prior to the Israelite conquest, as well as names of cities in Phoenicia; the most important of the latter, Sidon, is referred to as Canaan’s firstborn.

This source thus expands the term Canaan to include both the Egyptian of and the later Phoenician cities all the way up the Levantine coast.

After the Israelite conquest, the name Cannan was restricted to the coastal plain north of the Carmel range with the adjacent valleys (Josh 17:16).

The coastal plain of Lebanon was not designated “Canaan”, instead being named there of after its most important city.

Nevertheless, up to the Hellenistic and Roman periods, the term “Canaan” was mentioned as the ancient name of the region, now called Phoenicia.

Descendants of Phoenician settlers in North Africa referred to themselves as Canaanites up to the 2nd century A.D.

The name Canaan is related to the word Kinakhkhu – purple. The name Phoenicia, the Greek name for Canaan, likewise derives from the Greek word for purple – phonix.

Canaan's Boundary Survey

A boundary survey is an actual property survey, where there are  permanent stakes sat at the corner points of the property,

and also at intervals along the property lines, if desired.

Research is done to define the proper intent of the legal description.

A map (certificate of survey) is drawn showing the dimensions of the property (distances, angles, and area).

If any encroachments exist, they will be shown on the Certificate of Survey.

A boundary survey performed by God (the Licensed Land Surveyor) defines the location of Israel's legal description on the ground,

and identifies any problems that may exist with the boundary lines or with the neighboring boundary lines, in particular, but not limited to Palestine.

The Holy Bible contains the Certificate of Survey performed and signed off on by God, both Grantor and Licensed Land Surveyor.
