Jesus' Precious Blood

The Same Blood is Now Needed

The same blood that the chief priests and elders and persuaded Jews cried out to let be on their hands and their children hands is now the same blood needed to release or free their children's children from their sins.

Now the chief priests, the elders, and all the council sought false testimony against Jesus to put Him to death, (Matthew 26:59)

but found none. Even though many false witnesses came forward, they found none.  But at last two false witnesses came forward (Matthew 26:60)

and said, "This fellow said, 'I am able to destroy the temple of God and to build it in three days.'  (Matthew 26:61)

And the high priest arose and said to Him, “Do You answer nothing? What is it these men testify against You?” (Matthew 26:62)

But Jesus kept silent. And the high priest answered and said to Him, “I put You under oath by the living God: Tell us if You are the Christ, the Son of God!”  (Matthew 26:63)

Jesus said to him, “It is as you said. Nevertheless, I say to you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming on the clouds of heaven.”  (Matthew 26:64)

Then the high priest tore his clothes, saying, “He has spoken blasphemy! What further need do we have of witnesses? Look, now you have heard His blasphemy! (Matthew 26:65)

What do you think?” They answered and said, “He is deserving of death.” (Matthew 26:66)

Then they spat in His face and beat Him; and others struck Him with the palms of their hands, (Matthew 26:67)

saying, “Prophesy to us, Christ! Who is the one who struck You?” (Matthew 26:68)

Chief Priests' and Elders' Evil Persuastion

But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitudes that they should ask for Barabbas and destroy Jesus. (Matthew 27:20)

The governor answered and said to them, “Which of the two do you want me to release to you?”
They said, “Barabbas!” (Matthew 27:21)

Pilate said to them, “What then shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?” They all said to him, “Let Him be crucified!” (Matthew 27:22)

Then the governor said, “Why, what evil has He done?” But they cried out all the more, saying, “Let Him be crucified!” (Matthew 27:23)

When Pilate saw that he could not prevail at all, but rather that a tumult was rising, he took water and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, “I am innocent of the blood of this just Person. You see to it.” (Matthew 27:24)

And all the people answered and said, “His blood be on us and on our children.” (Matthew 27:25)

Then he released Barabbas to them; and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered Him to be crucified. (Matthew 27:26)

The Shedding of Jesus' Blood

And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission. (Hebrews 9:22)

Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. (John 6:53)

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. (Ephesians 2:13)

Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, (Hebrews 10:19)

to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel. (Hebrews 12:24)

Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate. (Hebrews 13:12)

Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, (Hebrews 13:20)

elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace be multiplied. (1st Peter 1:2)

But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. (1st John 1:7)

This is He who came by water and bloodJesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth. (1st John 5:6)

and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, (Revelation 1:5)

I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement.
(Revelation 17:6)

The Blood of Jesus is Our Defense

knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, (1st Peter 1:18)

but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. (1st Peter 1:19)

He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you (1st Peter 1:20)

And I said to him, “Sir, you know.” So he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. (Revelation 7:14)

Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. (Revelation 12:10)

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. (Revelation 12:11)

Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.” (Revelation 12:12)

Jesus is the Star of this Show

Let there be no doubt about who the Star of the Bible was, is, and will forever be, Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” (Revelation 1:8)

saying, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last,” and, “What you see, write in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia: to Ephesus, to Smyrna, to Pergamos, to Thyatira, to Sardis, to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.” (Revelation 1:11)

And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. (Revelation 21:6)

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.” (Revelation 22:13)

Jesus of Nazareth  also known as Jesus Christ, is the central figure of Christianity and is revered by most Christian churches as the Son of God and the incarnation of God.

Christians predominantly believe that Jesus is the "Son of God" (generally meaning that he is God the Son, the second person in the Trinity), who came to provide salvation and reconciliation with God by his death for their sins.

Islam considers Jesus to be just a prophet, but not greater than Muhammad, the central figure of Islam and is regarded by Muslims as a messenger and prophet of Allah, the last and the greatest law-bearer in a series of prophets of Islam.

Judaism rejects the claim that Jesus is the Messiah foretold in the Hebrew Bible.

Regardless of what other might believe, Jesus Christ is the Messiah and Star of this show, in the past, present, and future.

Babylon's Double Repugnance to the LORD

Spiritual harlotry and abominable acts are the offsprings of Babylon.  The hatred of Christianity is clearly protrayed in the harlot being drunken with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.

This extraordinary slaughter of the children of God is permitted by God for His glory, in the same manner He allowed Pharoah to do certain things before His glory was brought about in Pharoah and his army's destruction; so it will be with the Antichrist and his armies.

All who are seduced in committing spiritual adultery with Babylon, that is, in allowing her to make them drunk with material possessions, power, false worship, and pride will share in God's forceful and firece final judgment against Babylon and her alliances.

And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. (Revelation 17:5)

I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement. (Revelation 17:6)

Don't Let the Devil Fool You

Although Satan is the adversary and the enemy of God and His people, he is no match for God and those who put their trust in Him.

You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! (James 2:19)

Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. (James 4:7)

Although the devil is the primary foe who brings others together with him against God, he is not a formidable foe (one causing fear, apprehension, or dread: to be feared; or one arousing feelings of awe or admiration because of grandeur, strength, or power).

Just as Satan was created by the Word of God, he can and will also be destroyed by the Word of God without any effort except the spoken Word of God.

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; (Ephesians 6:17)

For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12)

He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength.
(Revelation 1:16)

Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. (Revelation 19:15)

Jesus Christ is the only Star

“Please inquire of the LORD for us, for Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon makes war against us. Perhaps the LORD will deal with us according to all His wonderful works, that the king may go away from us.” (Jeremiah 21:2)

Remember, Jesus Christ is the Star of this Show, was, still is, and will forever be.  All He does is speak, and whatever He speaks, is done in a moment of a twinkling of an eye, or whenever He so desires it to be done.

There isn't but one Star, the Son of God, who gave Him the name that is above every name (JESUS).

The Battle at Armageddon

For the spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to battle of that great day of God almighty. (Revelation 16:14)

And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon. (Revelation 16:16)

These armies gathering together are merely men, coming primarily from the lands beyond the Euphrates, that we identify today as Irag, Iran, and parts of Russia, to battle against God.

This demonically inspired military army of 200 million will be able to cross the Eupharates River because it is dried up by the sixth Bowl judgment of God.

After killing one third (1/3) of all humanity, this army is demonically moved to do battle against God.

This is the time when the last of the 7 Bowls of Judgment is poured out into the air, which is the climax of all of Revelation's judgments, which is also God's final act of judgment before Christ's Second Coming.

The earth itself is shattered and man's armies are assaulted with gaint hailstones, with nowhere to run and nowhere to hide.

These who come to battle against God have no chance at all.  They have been deceived into believeing an illusion of winning that has no possibility at all.

Babylon Destined Destruction

Babylon itself is destined to become a virtual hell on earth in the wake of her fall and judgment.

his unparalleled judgment from God upon Babylon comes because of her spiritual fornication (idolatry and abominations), with the nations and their kings, largely through rich commerce, providing many merchants and abundant of wealth.

God will avenge Babylon's long history of iniquities and sinful works to the fullest extent and beyond.

These two things have come to you; Who will be sorry fro you? --- Desolation and destruction, famine and sword --- By whom will I comfort you? (Isaiah 51:19)

Your sons have fainted, They lie at the head of all the streets, Like an antelope in a net; They are full of the fury of the Lord, The rebuke of your God. (Isaiah 51:20)

Babylon's idolatry is not that of just bowing down to images, but also that of relying on wealth and power rather than on the LORD.

The sins of Babylon are sins of worldliness, wherein, demonstrating a craving to satisfy one's passions, a desire to possess the material things seen by the eyes, and an arrogance based on what one has and does.

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (1st John 2:15)

For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. (1st John 2:16)

And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever. (1st John 2:17)

We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one. (1st John 5:19)

Christians and all others who become materialistic and oriented to the things of this world share in the sins of Babylon and are in danger of receiving some of her plagues.

“You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; (Exodus 20:4)

you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, (Exodus 20:5)

but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments. (Exodus 20:6)

“No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. (Matthew 6:24)

“No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.” (Luke 16:13)

Provoking God's Anger

They provoked Him to jealousy with foreign gods; With abominations they provoked Him to anger. (Deuteronomy 32:16)

They sacrificed to demons, not to God,
To gods they did not know, To new gods, new arrivals That your fathers did not fear. (Deuteronomy 32:17)

Of the Rock who begot you, you are unmindful, And have forgotten the God who fathered you. (Deuteronomy 32:18)

God did not give his only Son, who laid down His life so that He could take it up again, for nothing.

There are very serious consequences for totally refusing and rejecting Jesus' sacrificial death and the shedding of His precious blood as the sufficient offering for our sins.

All (past, present, and future) whom the devil have enpowered to do his will, and blinded from understanding the power of the blood of Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins will suffer eternally with him in the lake of fire.

Make no mistake!  It's all about Jesus!

Can two walk together, unless they are agreed? (Amos 3:3)

Babylon the Great is a symbol of Ancient Babylon (Babel), which was the first center of human civilization and the center of an autocratic world empire, whose world power is destined to exist at history's end.

Like Nebuchadnezzar's Babylon, symbolic Babylon represents centralized power which produces great material prosperity.  This Babylon is also a corrupt religious system (Islam) and enemy of God's people (Judaism and Christianity), which is destined for total destruction.

The overwhelming image of miles of blood flowing from crushed human beings is a horrifying sceen; however, the real horror is not their judgment, but their sin, which even on the eve of judgment, they were invited to turn and worship the LORD, but rejected God's grace and subjected themselves to judgment.

During the Antichrist's reign, every human being will be required to register with the Antichrist's mark on the forehead or hand, and it becomes utterly necessary for each person to make a choice between good (not receiving the mark) and evil (receiving the mark).

All who receive the mark will be able to do business and buy and sell, whereas, those refusing to receive the mark are deprived of any rights, including, but not limited to, doing business, buying, and selling.

The choice in choosing God at this time calls for patient endurance, and an understanding that even death will be a blessing to those who choose God, because in death they will find rest and reward.  But those who do not choose God and take what they're deceived in believing is the easy way out, will lose their souls and be eternally separated from God in the lake of fire, being in torment day and night, forever and ever.

Those saints butchered during the great tribulation accomplish victory over the Antichrist and will stand before God's throne praising Him for the deeds that will show Him both just and true to His word.

Since the Antichrist and his followers (human cultists, false religionists, atheists, agnostics, and pseudo-Christians allowing demonic beings to deceive and work through them) have shed the blood of God's saints, they will now be given nothing but water turned into blood to drink.

God is just and He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you and give relief to you who are troubled.  Remember, pay back isn't revenge, it's justice!  Vengence belongs to the Lord.

God's Final Judgment and Glory

We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all abounds toward each other, (2nd Thessalonians 1:3)

so that we ourselves boast of you among the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that you endure, (2nd Thessalonians 1:4)

which is manifest evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer; (2nd Thessalonians 1:5)

since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you, (2nd Thessalonians 1:6)

and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, (2nd Thessalonians 1:7)

in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. (2nd Thessalonians 1:8)

These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, (2nd Thessalonians 1:9)

10 when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed. (2nd Thessalonians 1:10)

Therefore we also pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work of faith with power, (2nd Thessalonians 1:11)

that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ. (2nd Thessalonians 1:12)
