After Being Saved
After being saved (born-again), and injoined a member in the body of Christ with God's gift of the Holy Spirit, who enables one with power to manifest the fruit of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control)
through obedience to be more than a conqueror over the works of the flesh (adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like), so that God is glorified in the born-again believer's mind, body. and soul.
After acquiring salvation, it is vitally important for the born-again believer to gather amongst the saints in a church of qualified sound doctrine and leadership so that he or she may experience continuous growth and development
into spiritual maturity, wherein, proving through his or her character, personality, and conduct, what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.
And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, (Hebrews 9:24)
not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as in the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. (Hebrews 9:25)
But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue, knowledge, (2nd Peter 2:5)
to knowledge self-control, to self-control preseverance, to perseverance godliness, (2nd Peter 2:6)
to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. (2nd Peter 2:7)
For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. (2nd Peter 2:8)
For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. (2nd Peter 2:9)
But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. (James 1:22)
Bearing Good Fruit
Whoever has been born-again has the Spirit of God, which is His Holy Spirit, meaning that he or she is a new creation, and the old things (works of the flesh) have passed away, that is, within the renewed spiritual nature; however, the flesh still desires to do the things thereof, which the born-again believer must resist continuously on a daily basis in order not to be a slave to sin.
Those who are in Christ Jesus should be manifesting the fruit of the Spirit in some form that others may be able to confirm their Christ-like indentity.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. (Romans 12:1)
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2)
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; all things have become new. (2nd Corinthians 5:17)
Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. Matthew 7:15)
You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? (Matthew 7:16)
Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. (Matthew 7:17)
A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. (Matthew 7:18)
Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. (Matthew 7:19)
Therefore, by their fruits you will know them. (Matthew 7:20)
Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: "The Lord knows those who are His," and, "Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity." (2nd Timothy 2:19)
A born-again Christian's character, personality, and conduct should be continuously manifested in such a manner, even when he or she stumbles and fall, that those who are continuously living in sin are convicted by his or her presence; not from a condemning or self-righteous perspective, but rather, from an humble and repentive perspective, wherein, sharing a light of righteousness to help them and to give them opportunity to move out of darkness into God's marvelous light.
Living Before God Our Father
Therefore gird up the lions of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; (1st Peter 1:13)
as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; (1st Peter 1:14)
but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, (1st Peter 1:15)
because it is written, "Be holy, for I am holy." (1st Peter 1:16)
And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one's work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear; (1st Peter 1:17)
Knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, (1st Peter 1:18)
but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. (1st Peter 1:19)
He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, (1st Peter 1:20)
who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. (1st Peter 1:21)
Living Before the World
Beloved, I beg you as sojourners and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, (1st Peter 2:11)
having your conduct honorable among the Gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may, by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation. (1st Peter 2:12)
For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; (1st Thessalonians 4:3)
that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, (1st Thessalonians 4:4)
not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God; (1st Thessalonians 4:5)
that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this manner, because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also forewarned you and testified. (1st Thessalonians 4:6)
For God did not call us to uncleanness, but to holiness. (1st Thessalonians 4:7)
Therefore, he who rejects this does not reject man, but God, who has also given us His Holy Spirit. (1st Thessalonians 4:8)
Choosing the Right Church
AVOID churches firstly that are cults; secondly, avoid churches classified as mainstream Christianity churches that dabble in occultic practices, in particular, but not limited to those: (1) whose leaders gravitate attention to themselves and are greedy of money, (2) who practice isolation and control to brainwash with their doctrines, and (3) who utilize fear and intimidation methodologies and the like to accomplish their selfish ambitions.
Remember, there are more people in churches that are in membership rather than decipleship, wherein, following man rather than God.
Remind them of these things, charging them before the Lord not to strive about words to no profit, to the ruin of the hearers. (2nd Timothy 2:14)
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2nd Timothy 2:15)
But shun profane and idle babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness. (2nd Timothy 2:16)
And their message will spread like cancer. Hymenacus and Philetus are of this sort, (2nd Timothy 2:17)
who have strayed concerning the truth, saying that the resurrection is already past; and they overthrow the faith of some. (2nd Timothy 2:18)
For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints. (1st Corinthians 14:33)
Let all things be done decently and in order. (1st Corinthians 14:40)
Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant: (1st Corinthians 12:1)
Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. (2nd Corinthians 3:17)
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2nd Timothy 1:7)
Giving Money to the Church
Giving is like sowing seed. The amount of the harvest is determined by the amount of the seed sown. Knowing the law of the harvest, each believer should give as he or she purposes in his or her heart, which is to be freely and cheerfully, not out of compulsion, and without regret.
Know this, if we give, God is able to give us more so that we can perform other good works. In other words, God sees to it that the generous giver will not suffer want, in that, God generously provides for those who give so that they can continue to do so.
Churches that force it members to give money to satisfy their greed and utilize the Scriptures to intimidate and make them feel gulity for not doing something they've purposed in their hearts are out of line with the word of God, and are seeking only to fulfill their selfish desires.
Note this: whether you're tithing and/or giving an offering, if you give anything that you haven't purposed in your heart, unfreely, uncheerfully and out of compulsion, and with laggering regret, you might as well not have given anything at all; such a gift given in such a manner is unacceptable with God; however, the greedy don't care; all they want is your money and not for you to know and practice the truth.
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. (2nd Corinthians 9:6)
So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. (2nd Corinthians 9:7)
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. (2nd Corinthians 9:8)
As it is written: "He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever." (2nd Corinthians 9:9)
Tithes and Offerings
"Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, 'In what way have we robbed You?' In tithes and offerings. (Malachi 3:8)
You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me, Even this whole nation. (Malachi 3:9)
Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this," Says the LORD of hosts. "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. (Malachi 3:10)
And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field," Says the LORD of hosts. (Malachi 3:11)
And all nations will call you blessed, For you will be a delightful land," Says the LORD of hosts. (Malichi 3:12)
All Things Come from God
Now, therefore, Our God, We thank You And praise Your glorious name. (1st Chronicles 29:13)
But who am I, and who are my people, That we should be able to offer so willingly as this? For all things come from You, And of Your own we have given You. (1st Chronicles 29:14)

Sin and the Temple of God
Sin is lawlessness, that is, not the absence of the law, but active rebellion against the law.
The body is the “temple of the God,” where the “Holy Spirit” resides in the “children of God.”
We are to glorify God in our body and in our spirit, which requires us to get rid of any filthiness and uncleanness of the flesh and of the mind.
The “temple of God ” should be kept continuously clean for God to use as He wills for His glory in being witnesses to the world of His continued presence.
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. (1st Corinthians 6:18)
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? (1st Corinthians 6:19)
For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. (1st Corinthians 6:20)
